At no time is it our intention to share anything on this page that is not credited to the rightful owner, if this is the case, please contact us immediately so this can be rectified.


We aim to ship items within 24 hours of receiving your order, Monday-Friday. If there are any delays, we will contact you accordingly. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Returns + Refunds

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, this does not apply to consumer guarantees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (excluding consumer protection guarantees).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the us until you have contacted us. Any items returned to us without our prior written consent will be returned to sender.

There are certain situations where NO refunds or exchanges are granted: (if applicable)

* You received what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

* The product was misused in any way that caused the problem.

* You knew of or were made aware of any faults before you purchased the product.

* You Asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.

* A product with obvious signs of use.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (excluding consumer protection guarantees)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your account with us or a refund will be processed to your nominated financial institution. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges are not applicable if you simply change your mind, please see above exclusions that are applicable. Please email and we will provide you with an address to mail your item to if you are granted an exchange.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please wait a minimum of five business days for a refund to be processed.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded if you have simply changed your mind.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


To return your product, you should mail your item to the mailing address we provide if we approve a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We take no responsibility for lost or missing items that are shipped.
